We are busy planning another great 10 day retreat to Chiang Mai, Thailand in January 2012.

It will include visits to the night market, an elephant camp, a children's shelter and organic farm, a Thai cooking class, a Thai massage and a 3 day trek to visit the hill tribes in the north of Thailand.

We will be staying at Joy's Place, a wonderful retreat center with daily yoga classes, swimming, afternoon meditation, self-evaluation workshops and additional opportunities for touring.

The price will be all inclusive of accomodation, food, touring, transportation from the Chiang Mai airport or train station, a massage and cooking class.
